Any ideas anyone it just will not connect to our home wifi please help

I would reset my home router. There could be some security issues with it. As far as the z10, I would do a battery pull.

Make sure it's not disabled in your wifi list.. happens to me

yeah i think rebooting both devices will solve the issue. i haven't rebooted by Z30 for a month since i received the 10.2.1 upgrade and my old DLINK router just got busted, so i bought a new NETGEAR router and sometimes when it's connected i can't get any wifi connection for BBM so i need to switch off/on my wifi. i think i'll just have to restart my phone.. as with any other router i almost have no problems at all.

This, to my knowledge isn't a device problem. It has something to do with the security of the router. I had a similar issue a few months back where once I connected to my wifi, the router would restart, or sometimes wouldn't allow my Z10 to connect at all, said failed to connect.

I solved it by upgrading my router firmware.

A friend had a similar issue, he solved it by replacing the router with a new one. The previous one used outdated protocols according to the technician.

Got it fixed my brothers...just shut my z30 down and did a battery pull on hers and hell yeah...works now she loves her new Z 10 much more than android...
