My z10 won't let me into to of any of the apps , I can't make any alls or receive any,I tried restarting it but that did'nt work anyone else had that problem before please help.

i had the same issue when ever i open any apps it will automatically closes the app... but after turning of the phone and switching it on again.... are you getting any error messages?
