I did a system reload on Blackberry Link and after it said it was successful and I could disconnect, I started the set up and got to the Agree or Disagree screen, hit agree and then the phone turned off and I have not been able to turn it on since. I have tried:

    1) Battery pull.
    2) Switch to my spare Battery
    3) Reset
    4) Held Power Button down for over 30 seconds
    5) Tried to get Blackberry Link to connect to the phone and it now can't find it
    6) Tried an Autoloader for new OS and can't connect

Does anyone know of another solution?

Can you connect the phone to the pc without battery, sim and memory card? Then load OS

Blackberry Passport on the TELUS network

Also, try the Autoloader again, but as suggested WITHOUT a battery - first try BBLink as suggested without battery.

Device can not be found no matter what I do. I've been on the phone with AT&T and RIM and no solutions yet.

Uninstall all your BlackBerry drivers and software on your computer, then try reinstall the BlackBerry Link, connect your phone without batterry.
