Hi,
i have a BB Z10. Today i tried to update OTA and after that over the software on my mac, because OTA is very slow, but it seams that the update proces over the Mac SW is not better.

It does take a while... mine took around 45mins to complete i believe. IS it taking long to install or download?

OTA on device probably uses a server belonging to the network*Service Provider* to download if it's zero rated&is being hammered with many requests had the same issue with OS6 took over 2-4hours to download OTA but said enough is enough going to connect it to my PC and like in 10 - 20 minutes downloaded and installed.

My update came thru on Bell. Start to finish, the whole thing took about 45 minutes. Not a single problem.

BlackBerry has really stepped up their game with the BB10 os upgrade process. Many of us remember the gong show that was the PB OS upgrade process.

Now all they need to do is fix Link so we can have the usb sync with MS Outlook and so new users (read: US launch coming) can transfer their contact & calendar data via Link not via Google or outlook.com. If these issues are not fixed I expect they will FREAK OUT OVER THIS. I did on Feb.6th and there's a lot more of them than me.

Just bought my Z10. The software upgrade is v v slow. BB for god sake get your act together. Also, this Link is a pile of you know what. Please use Itune and realise how far you are from where you need to be.
