Well, i was reading all the old stories on the crackberry form .. So far i just noticed bbz30 same as bbz10 only change the screen size...

Well, i don't think i will change bbz10 to bbz30 just for the screen ......i have no idea what's bb teams are thinking about the market ..

I will change if bb z30 bring some new ideas

1. Retina display
2. Scratch proof screen
3. High processor
4. Batter battery life
5. Camera should be updated to 13 or 15 mp
6.hdmi+ charger should me same in the port.

Well, i might be wrong but you guys can put some of your ideas ... Why should we change bbz10 to bbz30.

It is a slight upgrade but you are right most people wont need to upgrade at all. especially only since the z10 is less than 8 months old and only 5 in the US

I think it's just waste, they saw what the competition came with in terms of hardware and barely did anything.

They better market out hell out of functions and features of 10.2

But I think the z30 sales are going to be less than the q10, z10 and Q5

Honestly, I love blackberry, although they have less apps, but it's still like a virgin girl love for me, and I will buy if Z30 brings some new ideas...

The battery will be better - 2880mAh vs 1800mAh

They can't have a retina display as that is a trademark of Apple. They will, however have higher PPI than the requirement for the label "Retina Display" - 220 PPI.

Processor is faster: 1.7 vs 1.5 GHz. Though my Zed plays Nova 3 and Real Racing as well as the S4 so it isn't a big deal...though it helps for sales where you're not Apple.

Scratch resistant screen would be nice, admittedly.

A higher-res Camera would be nice but the quantity of Pixels isn't the most important thing (though it really helps to sell)

No...HDMI port and USB port must remain separate so that you can charge your device while using the HDMI. MHL doesn't support this which is really annoying on the S4.

I am not upgrading to Z30 from Z10. I think Z30 is intended for people who are still on legacy BB devices but want larger screen and more or less more modern spec (remember, BlackBerry is never "modern" spec-wise relative to the competitors). The biggest problem being what does Z30 bring to the table that should persuade people who are already thinking about one of the Samsung or HTC big screen devices to choose BlackBerry instead?

A silly idea since the Retina Display is an Apple Trademark term for their screens (even though apple don't actually make the screens, LG does.)

Technically the Z30 screen does take a big hit in PPI down to 294 on the Z30 while the Z10 was close to 350. But it still make look good, just have to see

Z30 specs are perfect for me.
May be just some improvements to the camera, like BSI with 1.4 um pixel. But I don't want camera higher than 8MP, just useless.
As for the screen, will not buy 1080p.

A buzzword coined by Apple for "phone display > 300 ppi". Since the Q10 is 328 ppi and the Z10 is 355 ppi, you're looking at one.
