after reloading my OS from autoloader STL100-1, 10.3.1.997 after copeleting 100% it shows blink blink pause red LED and i am unable to start my phone please help me with this and please guide me what i can do now?

Use this post to help determine what error is being reported by the LED blink pattern:

Also, the STL100-1 is a special variant of the Z10 models and requires a BB10 OS specific for that model.
If you try to install a Z10 OS for any other Z10 model on a STL100-1, it will not function.

Also, if you were trying to downgrade from a 10.3.2.xxxx version BB10 OS, the anti-theft protection will be tripped.

Make sure you are using the correct auto-loader and correct BB10 OS version.

And don't get your autoloaders from BlackBerry website. They only provide stripped down developer versions of OSes.
