    that's an android error. Must be a messed up runtime. can you reload the store and runtime?

    I've received the same error running 10.3.2.2876 on a Z30. It's happens only occasionally but depressing the volume up/down keys simultaneously to initiate the hard reboot has always resolved it for me.

    It must be the Android runtime bug in BlackBerry 10 version 10.3.2.2876. Search CB. There is a fix you can download.

    It's not suppose to ADD anything it's suppose to fix the bug in the android runtime. If you installed it correctly and restarted your phone, hopefully your error is now gone. If not you have 2 alternatives. 1. Reinstall amazon appstore. If this doesn't work might have a bad OS installation which means that 2. You'll have to reinstall the OS on your phone. Good luck.
