    Hello, my bb Z10 is not starting since yesterday morning (i restarted it for no reason) but it is not starting it loads very slowly, reaches ~99% ( the percentage is not showing anymore like before) and stays like that. i removed the battery many times, did soft reset nothing worked. I did not do any recent update, nor connected it to PC for months.please what can I do to start it normally and get my phone back :'(

    LS1 and the OS 10.2

    LS1 is the model of the Z10's battery, not the device itself.

    You may want to try connecting your device to a computer with BlackBerry Link installed and Reload Device Software.

    I already tried that but the device is not recognized by my laptop. i even tried connecting it without the battery same thing

    Visit the OS Leak subforum and find an Autoloader file that matches your device type and then the version of the OS you want to use. If you can find the OS that is official from your carrier, try that version.

    Then run it on your laptop/computer and plug in the usb cable. Try it both with and without the battery. Sometimes folks have had to try more than one time.

    the other issue i am facing beside it is not starting is my laptop cannot detect my phone, i tried with different laptops same thing it shows USB plugged for few seconds then nothing happens.I tried with and without battery nothing works :'(

    OP the exact same thing happened to my z10. Tried everything but eventually I had to just send it in through my carrier
