HI.EVERY ONE..
MY BLACK BERRY IS SHOWING THAT IT HAS RAM OF 1GB...BUT OFFICIALY IT COMES WITH 2GB...HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS ISSUE....M VERY CONFUSED WITH THIS....PLZ HELP ME
IT HAS ALSO VEDIO PROBLEM ..WHEN I PLAY VEDIOS THROUGH THE ORIGNAL BLACK BERRY PLAYER THEN IT SUDDENLY GIVES EEROR(1) with the detail"an unexpected error(1) has occurd while playing the vedio " but when i restart my device the it play any vedio but after playing 2 to 3 times it again shows the same error.....but another thing that all vedios work good the bbw app nutty player...
but i think according to me the ram issue is the parental problem and if it will be clear first then all others will be fix automatically..kindly help me how can i set this issue?????

Are you sure you aren't looking at available RAM rather than total ram?
Try restarting the phone by holding the volume up and down buttons until you see the red LED come on.

I think you are on the right track of resolving the issue.
The 1 GB ram issue might be the reason. Are you sure the device is actually a 2GB device?
There are some BB10 phones which have 1 GB ram because they are pre-production.
If you are sure it is actually 2GB, then I would suggest you reload the OS. That should solve the issue.

That shows the device has 1GB RAM and not 2GB. So I'll say there's nothing wrong with your device other than the fact that it's preproduction.

but brotheri think this command is actualy a software command and its just showing that info which current os of my z10 has..so if software doest work properly how can we say that this info will be correct

It's showing hardware and one memory bank is empty.

Looks like you have a pre-production device. Even the ARM Cortex A9 CPU is different from the production devices, which have either Qualcomm Snapdragon s4 or Texas Instruments somethingorother CPUs.
