    After restarting blackberry z10 all the installed apps and data automatically gets deleted.

    In the other thread, conite sent you a link to the autoloader.

    There was one older version of BB10 that had some issues, so installing the last update is your best option to rule out it being a software issue. If it still happens, then you have a bad unit.

    Actually, it was a small fix that gets sideloaded (it's a self-contained exe file). It needs to be applied to those devices that suffer the issue, as no OS update would make it go away.
