[CrackBerry Question]

i have updated my phone to 10.3.1.20 like 10 times by now i tried all the versions 10.3.1.1something then the other version 10.3.1.2077 i think and my better keeps draining and my phone keeps heating up as well. yesterday i downloaded 10.3.1.2272 this still is making my phone heat up and drain battery my phone cant last more then 3 and a half hour! i have to constantly charge my phone i am getting really pissed at this point. my system is running high on all the versions of 10.3 the system would go up to 30 then dop to 20 or 10 then it would go up again it keeps going up and down! all i have is 1 email account, facebook insta10 and candy crush saga that is all and twitter. because of this i would not even go on youtube because of the bettery it drains to quickly. i keep my phone on battery saving mode. i have tryied the bettery pull not once not twice but tree times! can someone tel me how to FIX this and what should my system be running on normally and how long should my bettery run?!? thank you for the support and help

Watch CPU...besides system, what else is using resources and how much?
Have you tried wiping and starting clean?
