My Z10 is showing a red exclamation mark and not charging,responding to anything.i have charged it through the wall socket and laptop.i have even tried to update the software but it just keeps stoping at 88%.Please help me

Take the battery off the phone for an hr.. den reconnect the battery which will reset the battery indicator of the device... try dat if it works

Hello, how long have you had your Z10 for?

As batteries get older and older they lose their ability to hold a charge. If a Red explanation mark is showing where the battery is supposed to be, this simply means the battery is not performing optionally for the device.

This could be because the battery is either old OR has become faulty. If your device is still under warranty, take it in to be fixed. If it's out of warranty I would suggest getting a new battery
