Dear OP, i would like to share my personal experience with regards to battery draining fast under z10. I did a lot of installing and reinstalling and found out that whats draining fastest are the android apps (either from amazon or snap or self installed apk). BB OS doesnt seem to control its background task. One good test is to install facebook for android. Even if its close in thr background, the batt drain double speed

Actually the problem of automatic switch is. Battery is lose you have tight it by giving support folded paper or something so it can placed well and tight with connections battery pins. I ha e also faced that kind of problems but after giving support to battery with folded paper it's fit and I can use longer with ought ant probs
