[CrackBerry Question]

my blackberry z10 was recently updated through the leak to 10.3.1581 and it has been drainning my battery like hell! sometimes the phone would just heat up and it would reallly annoying me. everything else works fine but its the battery. i use facebook twitter insta10 soundcloud. I see that my system is using a lot of CPU it would be using 12% at sometimes or it would be using 20 or 40% and this would change EVERY 5-10 SECONDS! i really need help! (How do i reply since i dont have a account? when ever i try a blank page opens up showing Array ( [0] => Missing Data [1] => Unable to insert user record ) Array ( [0] => )

Download the OS update yourself using this link:

And then follow the directions in my signature for loading an OS using an autoloader.
Basically you will be downloading a file to your PC, unzipping it and installing it to your phone through a USB cable.

Reset ur device and remove all pre installed/removable apps and freshly install ur required apps

It is likely an app. Had the same happen to me and I traced to the android kindle app. Deleted it and everything is now great.
