Why is my Blackberry voice command not working with Bluetooth not attached to a car?

Hi my Bluetooth was working fine until about 5days ago. Now when I push the button on the Bluetooth no response but my Blackberry Z10 screen has a mic icon and it reads what would you like to do.
I have looked at dozens of answers to my question and nothing has worked.
I have a Blackberry Z10 with one upgrade.
Bluetooth is Platonic M70
I need help! please
