    when i insert the headset into my black berry Z10 to listen to music or answering calls no sound comes out .I have tried several headset but nothing comes out in form of sound

    Run the diagnostic app BBVE and the audio tests in particular. Your jack may finally be toast. Also check to see that the jack itself has no lint or dust etc in it. Sometimes it is just as simple as a piece of dirt,paper etc in the jack.
