    my bb z 10 touch is not working after upgrading to the os10.3 . now my phone is not accessible

    Try force restart pressing volume rockers and power button both for a long time if it stl 100-2,3. If it is stl 100-1 press power button alone for a long time.
    If it doesn't work connect it to pc, open BlackBerry link, reload the software.

    i have done that but still now the issue is i can't even control the phone because the touch is not working and the set up is not complete so i cant even connect it to the bblink
