    Recently I brought new bbz10 few days later I noticed that my BlackBerry assistant is not talking back. Even I tried rebooting, changing language, switched voice on and off but everything is useless is there. Any other way

    I had the same issue with my phone. I switched the language from English US to English UK and the lady is talking to me again.

    Try changing the language and restarting.

    It's a known issue. Switch to UK and restart and switch back to American English. Do a search had to do the same.
