[CrackBerry Question]

battery stuck at 17% and then it downgrading from 17 to 16% and then 15%.then i shut down my blackberryz10 properly as RIM described..and now i changed the battery,and try again and again,but in vain,,the bbz10 is really a dead body and not switching on.not booting,,so way to start,,any anser plzz ,,i don,t wanna loose it,,got my most data...plz help me out,,any one,

For what it's worth:
I have a new-to-me used Q10 that is doing the same thing. I have two BB chargers, neither seems to charge the battery. When I took it to a carrier's kiosk and they plugged it in, the thing charged OK... So now I am troubleshooting the 2 chargers I have.

Suggestion: try different chargers in different locations before the expense of replacing the battery.
