My z10 turned off suddenly and it is not turning ON even the battery is fully charged, I have tested the battery with other devices and it is working there. so the problem is with the phone. How to get my z10 into working state. Even i have also done the kick start, it did not worked.
Does it do anything if you plug in the power cord? LED come on??
Take battery out for 20 mins then connect to a usb cable to laptop pc
Yes the LED is glowing in the color red and green combined. And sometimes the screen displays a power symbol
