    BlackBerry world does not load it says loading but it doesnt.
    It does not display any error message and the three dots in the music folder does not have a BlackBerry world option.
    My dad had used this phone (z10) before and said everything works just fine but now its starting to get annoying cant install anything.

    If BBW is not installed or doesn't work, you probably need to reload the Operating System. Are you up for that? I can give you instructions if you are.
