[CrackBerry Question]

I have a Blackberry Z10 phone and 2011 version of Microsoft outlook for Mac (14.6.0). Although they are supposed to be acti-sync, this is not working. I have tried taking the account off of my phone and re-adding but that did not change anything. I know that the sync does work because it has in the past and suddenly stopped (2-3 months ago). I would love to be able to have my sent, inbox, read email folders linked and synced. Any solutions?

It sounds like you don't understand how Active Sync works. It's a feature provided by your mail provider, not from a mail client.

Unless you're using an outlook.com, Hotmail, or live.com email, a hosted Office 365 Exchange account, or another service that explicitly provides Active Sync then you're dealing with either a POP or IMAP email.

In your case, it sounds like an IMAP account. You'll need to check your provider's support page for the correct server and ports to use.
