[CrackBerry Question]

It was working fine and it all of a sudden the Blackberry Assistant would not open or when it did I got no voice response from the Assistant. It used to ask what do you want to do? I connect to the phone with a Motorola Bluetooth Headset. the exact same headset works fine on my wife's Blackberry Classic. I do make sure that the Bluetooth is never enabled on both phones at the same time as it obviously create a conflict. I ahve removed the battery on the phone a couple of times to reboot the OS.

I have also had this issue now for some time.
Can it be that there has been no solution to this problem! I have a z10 that had no problem with hearing the voice response with or without Bluetooth connected. I use a BB Bluetooth and have tried reboot and battery removal...still no voice..just a tone! Freaky as it sounds it worked one time about 2 weeks ago for one phone call and then stopped. I use this feature every day as I commute and make many calls handsfree. with no voice I have gotten used to waiting for the tone and hoping its hearing me right!!!! Somebody help!!!

I have the exact same problem in my Z30. Used to work fine. Then tried a couple ago on Bluetooth and nothing.
