Why doesn't my Z10 let me use apps, it doesn't let me acces anything everything is unaccesable?

Everytime i tap an app, doesn't matter which one, even the tools app, it simply won't open it, i forgot the blackberry ID i used on it, so everytime i tried restoring it with the blackberry Link, it says it's unaccesable because the ID doesn't match with the one i have on my computer and on the Z10, is there a way i could possibly reset my Z10 using a button combination or another website other than BlackBerry Link?

I have both. I couldn't not carry an iPhone because it is needed for work.

With that said, I almost always carry a second phone and I'm happy to be carrying around a Z10 again. I love the hub, the virtual keyboard and the elegance of the OS.

You can WIPE the device (losing all unique info/data) and start again. I believe BBlink will allow that.

You might also be able to visit the bbid site using a computer and reset your bbid.

Reload OS using the Web.
I had a similar problem and that fixed it.
