I recently bought a z10. But my phone heats up if I play games from 32C-39C. Is it natural. Does all face the same problem. Any way to rectify it.

Yes. Even if I am using the browser with flash disabled. In general 34-38C.
Max I've seen was 41C when using the phone while charging.

Anyway to solve this problem

It's a new phone. Just 4 days old

yeah it really does heat alot. at the back of my z10, i can see that the plastic is melting because of this issue.

I find it hard to believe the plastic is melting. The processor chips will shut down if the internal temperature gets so hot it could melt plastic.
I imagine the plastic might discolour first.

Do u have any photos of the melting plastic? Doubt it could get too hot until it melts unless you've left it in the car
Encrypted on my Z10

yep he is saying his z10 heats up while playing games which is normal of course considering there is no thermal paste on stl100-1 model.Anyways his device is 4 days old so i doubt he has not too many android apps in it.also hard reset is a way to check whether the problem is solved by not wiping the device at all.
here's more

If it melted then there Should be some trace of it on the the plastic. It looks more like scrapped but i could be wrong

..and if you read others posts you will find out that those are the temps all z10 users are getting while using on tasks that talkes some CPU&GPU... that's why I see no point in your hard reset advice. Sorry, no offence!
Lol...love this thread......anyways, mine was getting really hot when I had my hotspot on.....but thank God it wasn't melting!!!!?....ill keep an eye out for that....lol

Looks a bit heated up but certainly not melting. Perhaps it was being ON for hours continuously whilst the time you were gaming

actually it is melting for short. you can feel it in your finger when you touch it. it is deep in reality. yeah that was before when my friends are always playing games with my phone for certain hours.

This has been an entertaining thread. OP it is normal for it to heat up during intense activity like playing certain games. Mine doesn't heat up much during normal use though. For instance right now I have three active frames open and I'm browsing the forums on my CB10 app. My phone is currently 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
