    I lost a Z10 and got a replacement on Ebay. Looks well cared for, but when I first used it on a phone call, it became very warm, not hot but very noticably warm. The one I lost never did. This phone was updating the OS during the call. It is cool while charging, and I have not made any lenghty calls since last evening. Sound normal?? Your thoughts are appreciated.

    if the phone was updating no wonder it was getting warm. It should be cool to the touch normally unless you are playing high intensity games or talking on the phone.

    Upgrading the OS should be done ALONE with nothing else going on.
