Hi everyone, i used a different charger for my z10 and ever since then, it has not switched on, it only blinks a minute after plugging it to it original charger. Please am kind of concerned if it is the main board that is damaged. Moreover when i plugged it without the battery the led switched on red, but after reinserting the battery it goes off. Please advice me what to do.

First thing I would do with an unresponsive BlackBerry 10 device is plug it into the OEM wall charger for a significant period of time. Wait. Check.

Then, I would connect it to a PC to determine if the PC can recognize the device drives. This will ensure you're able to reload the OS if necessary.

Try another battery. When I owned my Z10, I also purchased that external battery pack accessory from BlackBerry. Buy one of those if you can.
