[CrackBerry Question]

hi. i am completely lost my phone keeps shutting down and wiping everything recent msgs, photos, whatsapps, ect then when turns back on its restored pictures from few weeks ago which i'd deleted yet none of recent are there. i tried to do the recent software update but when phone rebooted this was also wiped.
