Whenever I try to download an app to my Z10 from Google Play or Amazon, it says that it's compatible with my device, but then identifies that device as a Samsung Galaxy Nexus (which I've never owned). Is this how it sees my BB Z10 for the purpose of allowing Android apps?

You are obviously using a very old version of BlackBerry Google ID that identifies itself as Galaxy device. Newer versions identify as BlackBerry device. Uninstall BlackBerry Google ID and install version 2.8.

Cobalt, you're always quick with a response, thanks. I feel like I need BB for dummies right now though, spent hours today and 1GB of data trying to get 2.8. A couple of times it would get to 99% transferred and no further. Now it says I don't have enough offsite storage... Any hints?
