I'm having the issue where I enter a new contact and it links to some random contact - which makes it appear to disappear. With luck I can find who it linked to and unlink it. So my question is, how can I prevent contacts from linking? (I don't use social media on the Z10, so we're talking gmail contacts only.)

I would like to emphasize that in the next go around, BB consider offering the option of totally eliminating LINKING. Those of us who find it problematic can just turn that damn "feature" OFF. It just does not work correctly for some folks.

WHAT? If decides that two people with the same zipcode are LINKED? How the heck does it decide what/who to link?
