After successfully engaging an incoming phone call ie., I can hear the other party, the phone continues to vibrate for 3 or 4 "ring"cycles. This started after the latest software update for my z10, 10.3.1.1581. It's very frustrating for me and for my callers. Any insight would be appreciated

Seems to be a bug for some. Hopefully they will issue another update soon to fix it.

It becomes very annoying, that's business phone, sometimes wonder if somebody from BlackBerry read this forum, and is this possible that some basic things can't be resolved more than month's. Don't know what to say, little disappointed in BlackBerry.

I was having this issue as well. I was told to hold down the power button until the BlackBerry logo appeared and that seems to have fixed it although it may still be too soon to tell. Give that a try and keep us posted.

Experiencing this as well. Furthermore I'm now getting random text message sounds too. Excellent stuff.

    Cheers

How can BlackBerry ignore such an annoying bug in the basic function i.e. making phone calls.

    Key word Basic!!!

Granted we might not have all the bells and whistles that iPhone users have but answering calls. Come on BlackBerry!

I don't hear other platforms complaining about this!

I'm also getting the random text/FB/WhatsApp/BBM message sounds when checking the hub. To be honest I'm surprised that BlackBerry released the OS in this state...I can't recall BlackBerry releasing a buggy OS ever. I'm sure it's happened but I don't remember it or if I heard about it, it never affected me.

As far as I know 10.3.2.500 DOESN'T ALLOW you to roll back the installation, be advised.
