    I have just upgraded to the new OS 10.3.1.1565 and when I tried to select full assistance on Blackberry Assistance I get this error message " This functionality is disabled due to IT policy. I bought my unlock Blackberry Z30 from an online shop in HK. What should I do to fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your time in helping me sort out this problem.
