    hii frends

    when i restart or switch off my bb z10 i lost my all the data and settings gets restors as defaults { eg:- LIKE = when we restore or format our mobile phone }
    in every restart my phone gets formatted and wipe its data i am very disappointed with this plzzzzzz help me to solve out my problem and continue to love BLACKBERRY
