Why can't I watch mp4 videos on 10.3???

I'm using the 'made for blackberry' screen recorder app (1.99) that records in mp4 format, why can't I watch the vids?? Is mp4 not supported or is there any issue specific to 10.3?

.mp4 videos work on 10.3.1
and after the update they work as well.
I don't have that app so I can't speak to whether or not it works in 10.3.1

Thanks Jaydee, problem fixed itself, I can now watch the screen vids :) not sure what hiccup that could have been...

False alarm, one vid worked, now new ones won't. Must be something specific with the mp4 format from this app that's not playing nice with 10.3
