Hello,
I already tried the "autoloader" system (several autoloaders, all of them stuck at 99%), already tried sachesi method and nothing successfully so far.
I got an update notification to download and upgrade to 10.3.1.1779 and that update doesnt work at all too, tried to update by wireless and pc cable.
Would love to solve this situation, if anyone has some tips i'd appreciate them.
My Z10 is STL-100-2 model.
Go claim warranty, my friend experience the same thing boot stuck at 99%

Already tried with blackberry link and on the web. The phone is already out of warranty :\
Same my friend device is out of warranty too
He bring it to BlackBerry expert centre, they replace it

Try use SIC Multiwipe if phone stuck at loading, and you can use Autoloader/BlackBerry Link/WEB for update phone.
If don't work, you can claim warranty.
After the SIC Multiwipe + Autoreloader, the phone is still stucked at 99%.
Dont have any Blackberry Expert Center in my country
What phone you have? Z10? Remove battery and put again.
Z10 STL-100-2, going to test that.
Nothing so far, still stucked at 99% after 2 battery removals.
Maybe you have the wrong store to buy BlackBerry device, please go to shop where you buy your device.

Bought it online 2 years ago, outside the country. Going to the shop is clearly not an option.
I have the same problem, try everytyhing and give up.
At the moment i have 10.2.2.984.
I do not now if que is the better, but the battery life is amanzing.
cant wait for the new release, my Z10 seems to be outdated and slow in every function these days :(
I had this problem, I figured that you need to have more than 3GB when going to OS 10.3, after I made space everything worked perfect.
My update stopped at 75% but after I made space all worked fine

Well, i have 10gb of free and can't do the upgrade to 10.3.
