    I cannot set up my e-mail address on a Z-10 because it has a ww in the e-mail address.
    e.g. rickww(at)hotmail(dot)com. I can set it up on other devices but not on the Z-10. I think BB thinks it is a website but actually it is initials for my name.

    Any ideas would be appreciated,

    This is a bit of a long shot, but try adding a period between the w's. Like rickw.w(at)hotmail(dot)com

    The period is ignored in email addresses in Gmail -- it may work here as well.
