    my blackberry z10 run a problem after wiping it and download the update . the result when i call someone i cannot hear him untill i get hit the speaker, and hit it back then i caan hear i mean i dont use the speaker all the time . just hit it two times (SPEARKER)i can hear .
    some could help with this please �.
