    What OS are you running? It only shows up after the update (10.0.10.85) or similar version. If no luck, you can try "open whatsapp"

    Your phone needs to have OS 10.0.85 (or whatever that number is) running on it. Anything prior to that you will be unable to get the native WhatsApp. If you haven't been able to update it because your carrier is lagging behind and hasn't released it yet, then there is Open WhatsApp available that needs to be sideloaded onto your device, and it's apparently functional. I'm not sure how to do it, but a quick forum search will give you loads of info on it.

    Sidebar: What's with people responding to threads with just a quote of the previous post and no actual content in the reply? Are these people just trying to boost their post count?

    You'll get it don't worry.You should update your info so we can see your carrier information etc so we can be better informed to assist (to help point you in the general direction).

    You can try updating via carrier (OTA) or through Link... plug in the Z10 to the computer and run the software! I

    Go to Settings >About and you'll see what version of BB10 you have. Who's your provider?

    Unless she is a sasktel customer who did not push the update. She will need a bell sim card to get update.
