Hi,

I'm not able create new contacts with 10.3 OS. I'm using Z10, STL100-3 with 10.3.0.1130 build

I have tried creating a new contact from a call log as well as using the contact manager. After entering all the data the contact information is not saved.

I have tired contacts bar versions 10.5.300.279 and 10.5.300.285. Having the same problem with both the bars. Tried rebooting the phone several time but no luck.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I've not had that issue, but considering you are, would suggest reverting to your carrier's official OS.
