    What's the OS?
It looks like perhaps 10.2.0? It's def not 10.3
If so, you might not be able to even run obb games

You have to enable "show hidden files and folders " on your pc view settings

Use an android root level explorer like Ghost Commander to browse hidden or system files.

Works dual screen on Passport as a bonus

First, YES, autoloaders wipe data. Everything in the Internal Drives will be erased.

I've had a version of 10.3.1 on the Z10 for a while. Last Thur I got a Z30. I could only last 5 hours on the 10.2.xxx that was loaded on it. I just like the new features too much and found too much missing. In the main, most folks have NOT had any problems. But they are LEAKS and not necessarily totally stable. So with that warning.... you can visit the Leak OS subforum and read the various threads on issues and/or bugs or what have you regarding the various leaks.

My problem is that I don't recall if older OS versions would allow access to the Misc folder. File Manager on both my 10.3.1 devices (the Z10 is one OS version older than the new Z30) allows access to the Misc folder.

Ah, while at this point I guess the device is a PERSONAL phone, it is NOT corporate is it?

If I recall, though, at least, on the computer Vista, I was able to copy Kindle books to the proper MISC folder so that the Kindle app could find them. I guess I also recall having access to MISC because I was trying to manually backup and copy files from the z10 to my computer and had also selected the MISC folder and the backup was going to be over 30 gigs which was impossible. That's because Windows does not realize that the "copies" of files in the MISC folder are NOT real files but mirrored copies so Android can find them. So, even going back to 10.2 I was able to access MISC. That does not help you can I don't know why you are closed out.

If the company you work for owns the phone, they can lock up certain processes so you cannot change them or delve too deeply. If it is your personal phone then you should able to access that folder.
