[CrackBerry Question]

Hey folks,

I am trying to get all photos from my Z10 to my mac. However I am unable to do either of the following:

- Access /device/camera from mass storage
- Device 'unreachable' via BlackBerry Link

Anyone know how I can get my photos off this device?

I'm not familiar with the Mac version but I'll see how far I can help - WiFi access enabled in Link? Or USB storage access enabled in device?

Allow connections toggled on under Settings > Device Connections??

Hey I guess a big part of the problem is that the BlackBerry ID originally setup on this phone contained a typo in its email address. Therefore I cannot access it to verify the email. To switch the BB ID on a device you must do a secure wipe...which would obviously delete all the photos.

Seems this is why I am unable to connect to BB Link.
