    Might run BBVE to test the screen...

    Normally I'd say do a reload of the OS, but if the screen is bad you'll never get past the setup demo.

    • Which model Z10?
    • What version OS?
    • Is this a new problem, or has it always done this?
    • If new problem, did you do something, and then this problem started?
    • What have you tried yourself to fix it?
