    Hi, I'm using a BlackBerry Z10 device. Whenever I receive or make a call, person at the other end is able to hear me but I'm unable to hear them on internal speaker but if I select the speaker mode then I'm able to hear through the external speaker. How do I solve this issue. Please help. Regards, Raj.

    Well, a lot of issues, especially since the last update. Posting these didn't lead to any response at all, so that's it. Bought a BlackBerry two years ago in an attempt to support RIM, but I don't need crappy software. So, yet another unhappy customer turning back to Droid...

    Have you given thought that something just might be wrong with the software install you did, or that your phone might be defective?

    Mine works 'almost' 100% perfectly.

    Most cell phones only have one speaker.

    Speaker mode has its own volume control. Did you check if you set the volume too low for non-speaker mode?

    Did you check all Phone settings? Hearing Aid Mode, TTY setting?
