    It accepts all my other e-mails (gmail, yahoo etc) but does not accept my hotmail e-mail. I had the same problem with my old 9800. It says wrong password. I have even changed my password on hotmail. Still no luck

    See if this helps:
    When Integrating Hotmail or Windows Live through Simple Integration on the BlackBerry PlayBook the following appears "Account Hotmail - <username>@hotmail.com failed testing with current settings"

    If not, it may be an issue with two factor login, if setup on Hotmail (or any Microsoft free email service)

    Definitely check out the two part authentication. It is a nuisance when setting it up but outlook is working better than Gmail for me
