Unless you're tied to a BES administrator locking down the phone, there is always a choice. Even if you only rely on your carrier, that's still a choice since you can always ignore them and update the phone on your own without their involvement.
T mobile has not released the latest and updating out side of them looses native wi-fi calling. With no new Z-10 replacement in sight I'm considering abandoning BlackBerry 10 altogether. It will be a sad day. I love the form factor and OS.

That's only true if you get 10.3.2.2876.
Upgrading specifically to OS 10.3.2.2789/10.3.2.2813 preserves WiFi calling.
I have Q5/Q10 and Passport all running on 10.3.2.2474 as i use them for business, while my Z10/30 are for personal use and just used for UK TV media consumption and without Flash player support I would not able to view them, my favourite is the Passport.

Well yeah, 10.3.0 is the last one with Flash. 10.3.1 is what got rid of it.
Have you found a way to stop being reminded by your carrier on a day to day basis to update????

Unfortunately not I receive an update reminder once a week in white box with update or remind me later and choose the latter one, yes it would be nice to delete once and be left alone.

It is annoying. I might call my provider and see if they can put a stop to it.

You could go with a flash enabled browser like Zeus. It's in BBW.
