You should. From my limited CS experience I'd say it's one of the more pleasant things to develop for. That and C++ is awesome so try some native!
Edit: Hehe as for the php. Maybe it's just me but I feel like web development is just a huge mess.

Well Mr. Brown, unless they can do that by running you through exercises or having you soak in a hot whirlpool, they probably can't help you with that.
Perhaps you were thinking psychotherapist instead of physiotherapist. :p
My advice is to study law but keep abreast with IT concepts which will allow you to run a successful law practice.
