Not sold out. Not even available to do online. Need to go into a store. That's what I just did 30 minutes ago. They aren't backordered in the stores.

Like panterarck stated, I don't think they are sold-out online even though the sites shows it as sold-out. I have been visiting the site regularly today, and I have not come across it once in which it allowed me to order. I think they put sold-out when they meant to place "In Store Only" like the Black version.

If you click on the phone itself the box will say "in store only" instead of sold out. I'm about to place my order and hopefully can do it via the store.
