When I was charging my z10 , the battery percentage is decreasing like 38% after minutes 37% its keep on reducing . I have this problem for long time .Please help me I cant able to use my device

Just a few things to get you started....

Are you using a USB or wall charger? Ensure proper grounding and voltage.

Try a different cable.
Remove your battery and check the contacts on battery and phone.
Ensure battery is making good contact
Try another battery.
Use Bbve to monitor your drain.
