A friend tells me that when I email from my new Z10 it shows Personal <[email protected]>. She almost didn't open my email because of that "Personal" designation. I can't see where I can turn this off - it should just give my email address in the sender line.
Have you checked the field "Display Name" in the email accounts settings?

When in the Hub, touch overflow icon> Settings > tap email account to sign > type signature. Business or encrypted accounts are treated differently. Use the HELP app for a complete explanation. Hope this helps.

Its definitely this. I had the issue for a moment. The "Display Name" designation leads you to believe that it's what you want to label that account but it's your actual name associated with the account. It throws you off a bit because if you leave it blank it will leave your name as you've designated it in your actual email account. I'm not sure why someone would want to change it at the device level.
