I have a Blackberry Z10 got from BlackBerry Live 2013. It's not even a year it has some hardware issues and want BlackBerry to check to fix or replace with a new one. Where should I go in the U.S. ?

You'll need to contact BlackBerry. Keep in mind the device may be beyond the warranty period. But even if it is, BlackBerry might help you out.
